ed33 Terms and Conditions

1 Eligibility and Acceptance

By accessing or using the ed33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and ed33. This agreement will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

• You must be of legal age and at least 21 years old.
• You confirm that you are playing for yourself and using your own funds.
• You are not accessing this service from a country or jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law.
• You take responsibility for informing yourself about the laws in your area before registering on this platform.

2 Account Registration and Security

When opening an account with ed33, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a direct breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password strictly confidential. Any activity carried out from your account will be treated as your own. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

• Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Transferring your account or allowing anyone else to use it is strictly prohibited.
• If any registered details change, update them right away.
• Multiple accounts cannot be created from the same device or IP address.

3 Age Verification and Adulthood

ed33 strictly follows a policy of preventing minors from gaming. This platform is for adults only, and users must be at least 21 years old.

ed33 reserves the right to verify the age of any user at any time. A national ID card, passport, or government-issued document confirming date of birth may be requested as part of verification. Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete.

If it is confirmed that an account was registered in the name of a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal, and Payment Policy

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at ed33 is ৳100 (one hundred taka) and this applies to all payment methods. We currently accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Deposits are only accepted from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.
• Deposits from cards or accounts held in a third party's name are prohibited.
• ed33 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and may place a hold on transactions where necessary.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. In special circumstances requiring verification, this time may be longer.

• Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• You are requested to withdraw using the same method you used to deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

New members at ed33 receive a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. This bonus requires a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. That means if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳62,500 in bets before withdrawing.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• A bonus applies to one account once only; the same person cannot claim a bonus through multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• Withdrawing your original deposit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• ed33 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant account may be closed and all winnings forfeited.

VIP and Loyalty Program

ed33's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and 1.5% at Diamond. The criteria for advancing to a higher tier can be found in the program details. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ed33 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account may be closed immediately and deposited funds forfeited:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to operate an account.
• Knowingly exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person or creating accounts to exploit bonuses.
• Using third-party payment accounts to conduct transactions.
• Attempting to complete verification using a false identity or forged documents.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users or ed33 staff.
• Attempting to break or bypass the platform's security systems.

7 Responsible Gaming

ed33 believes gaming should be an enjoyable activity. We are committed to protecting our users and take active steps to prevent potentially problematic gaming behavior.

• Users can set deposit limits, betting limits, or session limits on their own accounts.
• A cooling-off feature is available to temporarily close an account for a set period if needed.
• If gaming addiction is suspected, a voluntary application for permanent or long-term self-exclusion can be made.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ed33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete age verification.
• Extended inactivity (no login or transaction for 12 months or more).
• At the user's own request to close the account.

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance with no associated bonus will be returned. Funds linked to bonuses or suspicious activity may be forfeited.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights to the ed33 website, mobile application, software, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and all other content are reserved by ed33 or the relevant licensor.

• Reproducing, distributing, or broadcasting any of our content without written permission is prohibited.
• You are granted the right to browse the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Unauthorized use of the ed33 brand name or logo is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

The services on the ed33 platform are provided on an "as is" basis. ed33 accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by technical issues, server outages, or internet connectivity problems.
• Any loss caused by software errors or issues with third-party game providers.
• Any loss caused by a user's negligence or misuse of account information.
• Service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

ed33's total liability under any circumstances will not exceed the balance in the user's account at the relevant time.

11 Privacy Policy

The methods by which your personal data is collected, stored, and used are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you are also giving your consent to our Privacy Policy.

ed33 never sells your personal data to third parties. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure.

12 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please first contact our customer service team via 24/7 live chat or email. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Complaints Process

13 Right to Modify Terms

ed33 reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified by email of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

• Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published.
• Transactions completed under the previous terms will be governed by the rules in effect at that time.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
